4. Service Terms, Deposits & Payment
- Projects typically require a deposit to reserve materials and schedule crews; the balance is due per the payment schedule in your contract (commonly milestone-based).
- Materials special-ordered for your project may be subject to restocking fees if the project is canceled after ordering.
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, utility outages, permit delays, force majeure) may extend the timeline; we will communicate any such changes promptly.
- Title to materials passes to you upon delivery; risk of loss passes upon installation.
5. Warranty
Our workmanship is warranted for five (5) years from the completion date of each project, subject to the written warranty certificate provided at project completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials (e.g., roofing, solar panels, windows, flooring) are provided by the respective manufacturers and pass through to you. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, alterations by third parties, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
